Detailed information on the warranty periods for each product can be found in the WARRANTY tab. The warranty is given to the direct purchaser and is not transferable. In the case of resale of product obtained through a competition or event, that bears the “not for sale” mark, the warranty is not applicable.
In Germany, France and Austria, the warranty is 10 years.

In accordance with the warranty terms, please file a complaint at the point of purchase. Therefore, please keep your proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover any damages or limitations of functionality or performance caused by uploading incompatible firmware by the user, self-repair attempts, breaking warranty seals or mechanical damages. More about the loss of warranty can be found in the WARRANTY tab.

We have our own memory factory, which is located in Łaziska Górne in the south of Poland. This is where the assembly and testing process of the manufactured memory takes place. Due to the technological processes, it is not possible to cover the entire production process on site. In the selected area, we cooperate with the largest suppliers of memory chips in the world, and since 2008 we have been a technological partner of Toshiba.
Before the first purchase, the customer is required to provide a current excerpt from the commercial register or a business activity certificate, documents confirming the assignment of the tax identification number and national business registry number (if available) and contact information. The documents together with the completed registration form and the questionnaire can be sent by fax (+48 32 736 90 01), e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or delivered in person to the Wilk Elektronik SA office. The forms required for registration are available on our website in the Customer Service section.
To be sure of the origin of your product, make a purchase from a reputable retailer or a licensed retailer. When purchasing, check that the packaging is intact and, in the case of used products, that the warranty seals have not been broken. In the case of wholesale customers from the advertising industry, we issue a product authenticity certificate on request, confirming that the customer holds the original product of our brand. In case of any doubts regarding the origin of the acquired memory, please contact our company.
We do not provide data recovery services. There are several companies on the market that specialize in this area, so in case of data loss, please contact such a company directly.
All GOODRAM products are subject to a data erase process at the initial diagnostic stage.
Data erase is carried out in two ways. On hardware detected by the software, data removal is performed by software. If the hardware is not detected by the internal software, data removal is performed by physically destroying the product.
