GOODRAM M1A0 microCARD
The M1A0 A1 memory card is perfect for smartphones and tablets with Android™. It is also suitable for transferring and processing large amounts of multimedia files. M1A0 A1 can be used as standard external memory to store and transfer data between devices or as internal memory, extending the memory of devices with Android 6.0 and newer operating systems that support the application performance class.
The ability to format the memory card as internal memory is not supported by older Android operating systems. The ability to format the memory card as internal memory is may be not available in selected devices, despite the support of this feature by Android 6.0 or later. The A1 speed class ensures that the M1A0 A1 card provides sufficient performance to run and install your favorite applications directly on the memory card without compromising on performance2.

Compliance with the A1 speed class means that the memory card exceeds the barrier of 1500 read and 500 write operations per second (IOPS), while providing at least 10 MB/s of sustained write speed. These parameters ensure maximum optimization of card performance for installing and launching apps directly from the card. It enables users of Android 6.0 and later to expand the compatible device’s built-in storage, making memory card its integral part.
Compatibility with devices
UHS-I interface is backwards compatible with devices supporting SD 2.0 standard. In this case, memory card will work with the minimum operating parameters related to the Class 10 speed (min. 10 MB/s).
M1A0 A1 microCard is compatible with devices marked with High Capacity (HC) and eXtended Capacity (XC) symbols.

A1 is the symbol for the Application Performance Class 1. It guarantees a high number of read and write operations per second (IOPS) for memory card.
A1 Class refers to the minimum number of read and write operations per second. Class 10 or UHS mark refer to minimum sequential transfer speeds in MB/s.
M1A0 A1 memory card is compatible with all devices with a microSD slot supporting SDHC and SDXC interface (depending on the memory card capacity). These devices can include smartphones, tablets, mobile phones, cameras, drones, consoles and many more.
M1A0 A1 memory card is compatible with all operating systems supporting SDHC/SDXC memory cards.
Not all memory cards that are marketed as designed for Android, have the A1 speed class. This means that they may not be able to deliver performance required for using the adoptable storage function available in selected smartphones with Android 6.0 and newer.
A1 class memory cards are especially recommended for users of of devices with Android™ 6.0 or later. Using the M1A0 A1 memory card in these devices, enables to format external storage as the internal memory (adoptable storage). For users of devices with older versions of Android, that do not support this feature, this card can be used as a standard media and file storage. Please remember that although adoptable storage was introduced with Android 6.0, not all devices with this or newer versions of the operating system support it.
