How to establish cooperation?

Before the first purchase, the client is obliged to deliver up-to-date extract from commercial register or a certificate confirming business operations, documents proving the businesses’ NIP and REGON numbers, address data and contact details. The above mentioned documents can be sent by fax (no. +48 32 736 90 01), e-mail (sales@goodram.com) or delivered personally to the seat of Wilk Elektronik S.A.

Forms of payment

In the beginning of cooperation, only payments by cash or confirmed bank transfer are acceptable. At a later stage, after filling in a credit application, it is possible to receive a commercial credit..

Delivery of goods

The packaging of all memory products, leaving the warehouse of Wilk Elektronik S.A., includes antistatic protection. Besides the client’s own transportation, it is possible to order also shipment by UPS courier. The shipped goods are insured until the time they are received from the courier. In the case of lack of conformity of the goods with the invoice, the recipient is obliged to sign an incompliance report in the presence of the courier and deliver it to Wilk Elektronik S.A. within 24 hours from the shipment date.

Wilk Elektronik S.A. covers shipment cost if the invoice value exceeds the net amount of PLN 3000.
